Job summary

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Planning Leader to drive the consistency of scheduling approaches across programs, integrating multiple schedules into master plans and ensuring reliable reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in construction planning with at least 5 years in leadership, plus PMP certification as an advantage. You will manage PMOs, develop comprehensive dashboards, and align with PMO Head and clients to adjust timelines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred; other degrees considered with relevant construction planning experience.
10+ years in construction planning and scheduling; at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
PMP Certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Drive consistency of the project scheduling approach with the PMO to facilitate accurate execution and reporting.
Develop and maintain master schedules, baselines, and KPI dashboards, including BAC, CPI, SPI, EAC, and ETC.
Coordinate with PMO Head and Design for timely updates and publish status to all stakeholders.
Lead a team of PMOs to develop a consolidated Program Schedule for SMEDD and ensure alignment with client timelines.
