Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of PMO or project management experience within consulting, professional services, or large transformation programs.
• Experience supporting technology delivery or transformation initiatives (ERP such as SAP or Oracle).
• Experience supporting Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Technology projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and program management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program managers across project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop and maintain PMO artefacts including project plans and schedules, RAID logs, governance reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Coordinate workstreams across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project health, milestones, delivery metrics, and engagement economics.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure follow-through of actions and decisions.
