Job summary

PwC is seeking a PMO Delivery Senior Associate in a hybrid setup based in Makati City. You will support governance, reporting, and execution across transformation programs, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will work across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methods, handling budgets, schedules, RAID logs, and executive dashboards to drive project health and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years PMO or project management experience within consulting, professional services, or large transformation programs.
• Experience supporting technology delivery or transformation initiatives (ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle).
• Experience supporting Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Technology projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and program management frameworks.
• Experience working across regional or global delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program managers across project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop and maintain PMO artefacts including project plans, RAID logs, governance reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate workstreams across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third‑party vendors.
• Support Steering Committee and leadership reporting.
• Apply PMO best practices and delivery standards across engagements.
