Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting in Makati seeks a PMO Delivery Senior Associate to support client engagements through structured governance, reporting, and operational support across transformation programs.

You will work on project initiation to closing, develop PMO artefacts, and track health, milestones and budgets, coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–8 years PMO or project management experience in consulting or large transformation programs.
• Experience supporting technology delivery/transformation initiatives (ERP SAP/Oracle).
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Technology projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program managers across project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop and maintain PMO artefacts: project plans/schedules, RAID logs, governance reports, dashboards, and resource/budget trackers.
• Track project health, milestones, and delivery metrics; support budget forecasting.
• Coordinate workstreams across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support Steering Committee and leadership reporting; facilitate governance meetings.
