KMC Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager II to lead complex, multi-location SaaS implementations for Talkdesk customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and communicate status with executives and partners.

A strong background in SaaS, cloud environments, and customer-facing delivery is essential. Ideal candidates have 6-8+ years of project management, experience with multi-project leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• 6-8+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing technical implementations.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced SaaS, cloud, or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and present to executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and fluent written and spoken English.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Direct Talkdesk project: define scope and schedule, integrate into the broader plan with customer PMs.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular status meetings to assess progress and reforecast variables to ensure timelines.
• Lead partner implementation escalations and communications; oversee KPI achievement.
