Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Field Service or CRM platforms preferred.
Strong governance, requirements, change and risk management abilities.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into executable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex Service Operations projects from initiation through handoff.
Develop charters, plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and criteria.
Establish governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
Coordinate across global stakeholders including IT, Eng, Sales, Finance and Legal.
Deliver dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on status and risk.
