The role requires 5-7+ years in scheduling for high-rise or commercial construction, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel, plus effective coordination with site teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (highly preferred) with PRC license as a major advantage.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong MS Excel skills for data manipulation, S-curves and dashboards.
• Experience: 5–7+ years in scheduling within structural or architectural contracting (high-rise, commercial, or industrial).

Responsabilités

• Baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project for CSA scopes (earthworks, structure, architecture).
• Maintain and update the master schedule; input actuals and control versions.
• Analyze schedule performance with S-Curves and EVM; report SV and progress to leadership.
• Provide look-aheads and delay mitigation; assist in EOT claims.
• Support site team to hit milestone targets; align macro schedule with daily field work.
• Coordinate with QS, Procurement, and Design to ensure material deliveries align with construction sequencing.
