Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in the Philippines seeks a Senior Engineer, Planning to develop and maintain integrated project schedules, perform CPM analyses, monitor progress, and propose recovery strategies to meet milestones. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, and present executive dashboards. Strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills are required along with 7+ years of planning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP/PSP/Primavera P6) preferred.
• Power BI or Tableau certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with defined basis and coding.
• Establish schedule baselines aligned with contract requirements.
• Perform CPM analysis and monitor critical activities.
• Conduct delay analysis and evaluate schedule changes.
• Propose recovery strategies to mitigate delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports.
• Lead schedule review workshops with teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Validate contractor schedules and reports.
