Job summary
Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for design and construction projects. You will coordinate the Project Team, develop baselines, and drive weekly/monthly schedule updates, using Primavera P6/Cloud, Procore and Unifier.
A strong background in cost/resource loading and risk analysis is required. With 10–15 years in engineering/construction and PMI/AACEi certification a plus, you will guide junior schedulers and report to management, with
Qualifications
- Ten-plus years of scheduling experience in design and construction.
- Advanced skills with Primavera P6/EPPM or Primavera Cloud.
- Hands-on with Procore and Unifier.
- Experience with risk/analysis software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and maintenance of project baselines.
- Prepare and review cost/resource loaded schedules.
- Maintain Progress Measurement, Monitoring and Reporting System.
- Lead weekly/monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule.
- Develop critical path logic networks and bar charts.
- Analyze status against baseline and forecast delays.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and resources.
- Provide guidance to Schedulers and Jr. Schedulers.
- Report schedule status to project team and client.
- Travel within the USA to project locations as needed.
