About the role

As a Planning Manager at DM Consunji, Inc., you will prepare and review project documents, reports, development of program, planning and schedule maintenance. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Able to make modifications as required by project and able to control in Cost and Schedule Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be licensed in Any Field of Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a planning or scheduling role within the construction industry, 10 years of which was spent as Senior Planner / Scheduler or Planning Manager using Primavera P6, as minimum requirement.
• Proficient in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule Development and Schedule Maintenance.
• Baseline Progress Monitoring and Schedule Management.
• Monitoring of Billing & report Accomplishment.
• Planning of Required Resources Requirement (Manning & Equipment).
