Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of banking operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and Trade Finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies across Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and Trade Finance to drive growth.
• Oversee end-to-end transaction processing for lending, trade finance, and banking operations.
• Strengthen governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management per AML, KYC, BSP, and related requirements.
• Enhance internal controls and drive continuous process improvements to optimize service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business units, support functions, regulators, and auditors to deliver seamless client service.

• Collaborate with business units, support functions, regulators, and auditors to deliver seamless client service and address operational requirements.
• Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of banking operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, and Trade Finance operations, with comprehensive knowledge of trade finance products and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing trade finance solutions such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Supply Chain Financing, Export Financing, Factoring, Forfaiting, Trade Credit Insurance, and Structured Trade Finance.
• Deep understanding of banking regulations, operational risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in banking systems and digital platforms.
