Unilever is seeking a Senior Leader to drive the Philippines CSP and Planning function from its BGC, Taguig location. You will own P&L delivery, develop and execute category growth plans, and align Channel Marketing with Brand Marketing across the country.

• 12–15 years of working experience in CD/Sales with cross-lane experience.
• Customer facing experience combined with brand building is ideal.
• Proven people management capabilities and ability to coach teams.

Responsabilités

• Be accountable for BU P&L delivery through expanded KPI and deeper category expertise.
• Ensure high standards of Channel Marketing Plans to meet category/brand objectives.
• Integrate Channel Marketing Plans with Brand Marketing Plans and Customer Business Planning.
• Lead and coordinate development of shopper insights via dedicated research and activation.
• Manage ROI on Customer Marketing activities and budget.
• Build Channel and Customer thought leadership.
• Define channel/customer targets and budget.
• Develop channel audit, performance tracking, and an overall channel blueprint.
• Ensure Channel Marketing budgets by customers are agreed and signed off.
• Collaborate with in-country CD/Sales and CSP teams to craft Category Growth plans and support execution.
• Approve logistics for channel promotions and sell-out forecasts; monitor in-store comms and activations.
• Drive in-store visibility and join sell-in meetings with customers for category/brand initiatives.
• Identify opportunities with specific customers/channels and align initiatives cross-customer.
