Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Senior Leader for Personal Care CSP and Planning to drive channel and customer strategies from a Taguig base. The role demands deep experience in channel marketing, shopper insights, and category management, with strong leadership to coach cross-functional teams.

The incumbent will align brand and customer plans, manage budgets and ROI, and partner with in-country Sales, CD, and CSP teams to deliver growth across channels and customers.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of working experience across CD/Sales
• Cross-lane experience in CD/Sales such as Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management
• Customer-facing experience with brand-building is ideal
• Proven people management capabilities to coach and develop teams

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for BU P&L delivery through expanded KPI and category expertise
• Ensure high standards of Channel Marketing Plans to deliver category/brand objectives
• Integrate Channel Marketing Plans with Brand Marketing Plans and Customer Business Planning
• Lead development of shopper insights through dedicated research and activation
• Manage ROI on Customer Marketing activities
• Build Channel and Customer thought leadership
• Define channel targets and budget, develop budget tracking and channel blueprint
• Coordinate with CD/Sales and CSP teams to create Category Growth plans and support execution
• Approve logistics for channel promotions and sell-out forecasts; monitor in-store activation and displays
• Identify business opportunities with specific customers/channels and develop differentiation strategy
• Own in-country development of CD capabilities (Net Revenue Management, Category Management, Shopper Marketing)
