Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a seasoned Personal Care CSP and Planning Lead in Taguig (BGC) to drive country BU P&L delivery, deepen category expertise, and ensure seamless integration of channel and brand plans.

You will lead shopper insights, manage ROI on customer marketing activities, build channel thought leadership, set targets and budgets, and collaborate with CD/Sales and CSP teams to formulate growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of working experience.
• Cross-lane diverse experience in CD/Sales such as Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management, Account Management/Finance/Field Sales
• Customer facing experience combined with brand building experience is ideal
• Proven people management capabilities who can coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the country BU (BU) P&L delivery through expanded KPI and deeper category expertise.
• Ensures highest standards of Channel Marketing Plans to deliver category /brand objectives (CMP).
• Ensure full integration of Channel Marketing Plans with Brand Marketing Plans and Customer Business Planning.
• Lead and coordinate development of shopper insights through dedicated research and insight activation.
• Manage ROI on Customer Marketing activities.
• Build Channel and Customer thought leadership.
• Define channel/customer targets and TTI budget, develop channel audit & performance tracking, and develop overall channel blueprint.
• Ensure dedicated Channel Marketing budgets by customers are agreed and signed off.
• Work hand-in-hand with in-country Customer Development (CD)/Sales Team and Business Unit CSP teams to create Category Growth plans, set targets and support execution.
• Approve logistic for channel promotions, sell out forecast for activity plan, monitor in store communication & activation (brand /cat initiatives), In-store extra visibility/ highlight display and build & join sell-in meetings to customers for overall category/brand initiatives,
• Identify and develop business building opportunities with specific customers/channels through the teams and aligns initiatives cross customers and build the customer differentiation strategy in close cooperation with the Customer Managers
• Own in-country development of CD capabilities and expertise topics (e.g. Net Revenue Management, Category Management, Shopper Marketing)
