Job summary

Upgrade Energy Philippines (UGEP) seeks a proactive Permit and Regulatory Supervisor to join our growing commercial team. The role oversees regulatory compliance and manages end-to-end permitting across renewable energy projects, ensuring timely permit acquisition and strong government agency relationships.

You will liaise with agencies such as DOE, ERC, DENR, NCIP, DPWH, and LGUs, maintain a central permit database, and coordinate with legal and project teams to align permitting with timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years in permitting/regulatory roles.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies and handling regulatory documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance oversight across projects and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead permitting management and track permits across phases.
• Stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies and LGUs.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for audits.
