Job summary

Upgrade Energy Philippines, Inc. is seeking a proactive Permit and Regulatory Supervisor to join our growing commercial team in Makati. The role oversees end-to-end permitting, ensures compliance with environmental, zoning, and safety regulations, and coordinates with government agencies to secure approvals.

You will build relationships with regulators, prepare and submit permits, maintain records, and support project timelines across renewable energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of permitting, licensing, or regulatory compliance experience in real estate, energy, or infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies and handling regulatory documentation is preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end permitting process across renewable energy projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, zoning, safety, and operational regulations.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and LGUs; represent the company in regulatory meetings.
• Prepare regular reports on permit status and compliance risks; maintain audit-ready documentation.
