Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in Makati, Metro Manila seeks a senior Permitting and Regulatory Affairs specialist to lead end-to-end permitting for energy and infrastructure projects. You will prepare applications, coordinate with LGUs and agencies, and ensure compliance across timelines and risks.

The role requires 5+ years in permitting or regulatory affairs and strong stakeholder communication skills to engage government entities and consultants effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in permitting, regulatory affairs, or project development in energy/renewable energy/infrastructure.
• Proven experience securing government permits and coordinating with LGUs, national agencies, regulators.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine permitting and regulatory processes.
• Experience with host communities, government stakeholders, and consultants.
• Knowledge of environmental permitting, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory compliance for infrastructure and energy projects.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with government agencies, LGUs, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor permit timelines, identify regulatory risks, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain permit records and provide regular project status updates.
