Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to design and execute exhaustive performance, load, and stress tests ensuring systems meet nonfunctional requirements. You will identify bottlenecks, model workloads, and collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to optimize performance.

You will maintain test scripts, analyze results, and communicate findings with stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement in performance engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
• Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload or StresStimulus.
• Ability to design test strategies and workload models.
• Mentor QA testers on performance testing best practices.
• ISTQB certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Performance Test Plan and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Design, develop and execute performance, load, and stress tests.
• Model workloads based on nonfunctional requirements and architecture.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to ensure tests and environments are properly configured.
• Maintain test scripts and related documentation for ongoing validation.
• Generate regular reports on scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Document results and secure sign-off from stakeholders.
