Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Performance Test QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of software through testing, automation, and defect management.

The role collaborates with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to validate functionality and support release readiness. The ideal candidate will drive continuous quality improvements, design and execute tests, and contribute to a quality-first culture across teams, with emphasis on automation and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test engineering.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze requirements to ensure clarity and testability; identify test scenarios and data needs.
• Identify, prioritize, and track defects; collaborate with devs to validate fixes and perform regression tests.
• Participate in release planning and quality assessments; provide release sign-offs based on risk.
