Qualifications

• Strong command of English in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex load and stress tests to simulate real-world user behavior at scale.
• Analyze performance metrics and logs to pinpoint bottlenecks and resource constraints.
• Collaborate with developers and infra teams to recommend performance optimizations.
• Automate performance tests and integrate into CI/CD workflows for continuous validation.
• Develop and maintain reusable load testing scripts using industry tools.
• Establish baselines and benchmarks to track improvements across releases.
