Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a senior performance testing/engineering leader to define and maintain the organisation's strategy. You will lead activities across programmes, develop test approaches, and provide architectural guidance on performance and capacity planning.

Join ConnectOS to mentor teams, drive NFRs and KPIs, and push continuous improvement across testing and engineering in a hybrid Manila environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
Proven ability to design enterprise-scale performance testing solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the organisation's performance testing strategy.
Lead performance testing activities across programmes and product teams.
Develop NFRs, workload models, and performance test scenarios.
Provide architectural guidance on performance, scalability, and capacity planning.
Review test results and drive performance improvements with teams.
Mentor QA engineers and performance testers.
