Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) to join our growing advertising team. You will manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, optimize performance, and translate data into actionable insights for performance marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes reporting, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams. A night shift compatible with US time zones is required, with remote setup and tools provided.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search & PMAX) end-to-end.
• Intermediate skills in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Background in performance marketing with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent written communication skills, especially for reporting and analysis.
• Reliable internet connection and able to work night shift (US time).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search and PMAX.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to meet KPIs.
• Analyze data and prepare clear written reports and analytics summaries.
• Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate internally to support performance marketing initiatives (non-client-facing).
