FINN is a fast-growing fintech offering Earned Wage Access, operating remotely for teams in the Philippines, Thailand, and other regions with Southeast Asia overlap. The Growth role owns paid acquisition budgets, measurement, and creative alignment to maximize CAC efficiency across three markets.

You will partner with the Creative Lead to optimize campaigns, implement automation, and scale spend while maintaining strict CAC ceilings.

Qualifikationen

• You own paid acquisition across three markets with CAC targets.
• Experience with Advantage+/ automated bidding and manual structures.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LINE ads; strong measurement.
• Ability to manage full-funnel remarketing and audience hygiene.
• Proficient in attribution challenges and data-driven incrementality testing.
• Able to build AI-assisted reporting, pipelines, and automation.

Aufgaben

• Own CAC targets across three markets and monitor monthly volume and CAC ceilings.
• Allocate and scale budgets across markets with marginal CAC, auction pressure, and frequency considerations.
• Run full-funnel architecture including remarketing with proper exclusions and audience hygiene.
• Own measurement in an imperfect-data world and design incrementality tests.
• Maintain signal integrity: pixel, CAPI events, and campaign hygiene.
