Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer credit risk analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, actuarial studies, computer science or another relevant field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer credit risk assessment and how it relates to other business units.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, deploying, and monitoring credit risk models (logistic regression, XGBoost, scorecards).
• Good statistical and mathematical skills.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to communicate complex credit risk concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key risk metrics and investigate significant changes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement in risk management processes.
• Simulate the impact of credit policy or model changes and support A/B tests.
• Track performance post-implementation and refine strategies using KPIs.
• Develop, test, and deploy risk models in an agile manner.
• Collaborate with data vendors to evaluate and integrate new data sources.
• Set up early warning signals for portfolio deterioration.
