• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and external vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations, and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine financial advertising regulations.
