Qualifications
- Senior-level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with hands-on tech and functional expertise.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM implementations in complex enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits in PeopleSoft.
- Experience designing automation within PeopleSoft environments and defining automation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes.
- Identify automation strategies using native PeopleSoft capabilities.
- Define automation requirements, approaches, dependencies, and complexity for HCM processes.
- Develop detailed automation plans with scope, timelines, tools, and assumptions.
- Create clear technical documentation to support reviews and decisions.
- Support planning and prioritization of automation initiatives.
- Design and implement PeopleSoft configurations and custom solutions as progress occurs.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and technical validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations.
