Job summary

PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. is seeking an experienced QA professional to drive testing for PeopleSoft HCM modules, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT.

You will validate requirements, prepare test artifacts, and coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful implementations. The role requires 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM testing and knowledge of modules such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Time and Labor, with a hands-on approach to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM testing and support.
• Experience in HR transformation, implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
• Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing.
• Hands-on testing experience in at least 4 of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labor.
• Test case preparation and execution.
• Defect management and reporting.
• Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM processes.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 (preferred).
• Knowledge of PUM upgrades and Tax Updates (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports
• Validate business requirements and functional specifications
• Identify, track, and manage defects through closure
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams
• Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities
• Participate in requirement workshops and provide testing estimates
• Ensure deliverables are completed within SLA and project timelines
