First Advantage invites a Senior Manager People & Culture to act as the strategic partner for leaders and employees across the Philippines. This role drives people strategies to boost business performance, engagement, leadership effectiveness, growth, and compliance with local employment laws.

You will collaborate with regional and global leaders to advance talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while aligning global priorities with local needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources or People & Culture experience.
• Three or more years in a senior HR Business Partner or People leadership role.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations, customer service, BPO, technology, or shared services environments.
• Strong employee relations and employment law experience within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: develop and execute people strategies to support objectives and workforce plans.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: lead complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with PH labour law.
• Talent & Leadership Development: support talent review, succession planning, and performance processes.
• Engagement & Culture: champion culture, analyze engagement data, and implement wellbeing initiatives.
• Organisational Effectiveness: lead design, workforce planning, and use people metrics to inform decisions.
• Compensation & Rewards: partner on merit cycles, market benchmarking, and incentive programmes.
• People Leadership: lead and develop P&C team members and promote continuous improvement.
