A successful SENIOR MANAGER PEOPLE & CULTURE will serve as the strategic People partner for leaders and employees across the Philippines. This leadership role is responsible for delivering people strategies that support business performance, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, organizational growth, and compliance with local employment legislation. The role will partner closely with regional and global leaders to drive talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, culture initiatives, and transformational change, while ensuring alignment between global P&C priorities and local business needs.
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and workforce plans.
Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on people-related matters, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.
Support business transformation, integration, and change management initiatives.
Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management cases.
Ensure compliance with Philippines labour legislation and company policies.
Partner with Legal and business leaders to mitigate people-related risk and drive consistent decision-making.
Provide expert guidance on statutory obligations, employment practices, and policy application.
Support annual talent review, succession planning, and performance management processes.
Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and development opportunities.
Coach leaders on performance improvement, feedback, and employee development.
Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and career growth.
Champion company culture, values, and employee experience initiatives.
Analyse engagement data and recommend actions to improve retention, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Partner with leaders to implement recognition, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
Support employee communications and change management activities.
Lead organisational design and restructuring initiatives when required.
Support workforce planning and headcount management activities.
Use workforce analytics and people metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Provide recommendations that improve organisational effectiveness and employee outcomes.
Partner with Total Rewards teams on merit cycles, compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and incentive programmes.
Support leaders in making equitable and data-driven compensation decisions.
Ensure reward programmes are administered consistently and in alignment with company guidelines.
Lead, coach, and develop assigned P&C team members.
Build a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
Drive accountability, capability development, and succession planning within the P&C function.
Promote continuous improvement across people processes and service delivery.
