Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Refinement

Lead the development and continuous refinement of people‑related policies, ensuring they cater to both our Global Operations Centers of Excellence (GOCE) and onshore operations, with a focus on scalability, inclusivity, and alignment with global standards. Align local policies with global strategies from Mumbai and Bangalore, review and optimise existing policies for effectiveness, compliance, and cultural relevance, and continuously adapt to the changing needs of the business.

  • Strategic Leadership Across GOCE & Onshore Teams

Provide senior leadership for People & Culture across both offshore GOCE and onshore teams, ensuring all strategies, policies, and initiatives are harmonised and consistently executed. Partner with senior leadership teams across regions to develop and implement strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and organisational growth. Lead cultural transformation efforts, fostering collaboration between onshore and offshore teams, and creating an integrated organisational culture that supports the business goals.

  • Acquisition Integration

Spearhead the integration of an acquired company into our Philippines operations, ensuring smooth transitions for both offshore and onshore teams. Drive the people integration strategy across different cultural contexts, aligning acquired company cultures with company values and operational frameworks. Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration of talent, benefits, and systems across all business units.

  • Employee Engagement & Experience

Champion employee engagement initiatives across the Philippines, developing programs that drive positive employee experiences and high levels of performance across both GOCE and onshore teams. Design and implement talent management frameworks that cater to operational and leadership talent, including performance management, career development, and succession planning. Encourage a culture of open communication, feedback, and continuous learning, promoting an inclusive and high‑performance work environment.

  • Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure that all HR practices are in full compliance with local laws and global standards, mitigating risks and ensuring consistency across the GOCE and onshore teams. Advise leadership on relevant labor regulations, guide the company on appropriate practices to minimise legal and operational risks, and proactively monitor and address risks related to workforce dynamics, compensation practices, and organisational design.

  • Cross‑Regional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Foster strong, productive relationships with leadership teams in Mumbai, Bangalore, and the Philippines to ensure alignment on global and local people strategies. Work closely with senior leaders to advise on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent management, serving as a trusted advisor on all aspects of People & Culture.

  • Team Leadership and Development

Lead and mentor the People & Culture team in the Philippines, ensuring that team members are equipped with the tools, resources, and support necessary to execute strategic initiatives. Build a high‑performing, collaborative team with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and enhancing People & Culture capabilities across the organisation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10‑15 years of experience in People & Culture leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing large‑scale, multi‑location teams (both onshore and offshore).
  • Proven track record of policy development and refinement, particularly in a diverse, multi‑geography environment.
  • Extensive experience in acquisition integration, harmonising people, culture, and processes across different regions and business units.
  • In‑depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines, with expertise in aligning these with global frameworks.
  • Prior experience managing People & Culture in both GOCE and onshore teams, especially in tech, BPO, or large‑scale service environments.
