Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead policy development for GOCE and onshore teams, aligning local practices with global standards. You will drive acquisition integration in the Philippines, shaping a unified culture and talent strategy across regions.

You will champion employee engagement, risk management, and cross-regional collaboration, building a high-performing P&C function and guiding leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in People & Culture leadership with 5+ years in senior management.
• Policy development and refinement experience in multi-geography settings.
• Acquisition integration experience across regions and business units.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws aligned with global standards.
• Experience managing GOCE and onshore teams, in tech/BPO or large services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine people-related policies for GOCE and onshore operations.
• Provide senior leadership for P&C across offshore and onshore teams.
• Lead acquisition integration, aligning cultures with company values.
• Design employee engagement programs and talent management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and global standards, mitigate risks.
• Foster cross-regional collaboration with Mumbai, Bangalore, and Philippines.
• Mentor the P&C team in the Philippines and build high-performing culture.
