First Advantage is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead strategic P&C initiatives for GOCE and Philippines onshore teams. The role focuses on developing, refining, and aligning people policies with global standards while guiding talent management and integration of acquisitions.

You will foster a high‑performance culture across multi‑location teams in India and the Philippines. The successful candidate will shape employee engagement, leadership development, and regional collaboration,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of People & Culture leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing large multi-location teams.
• Policy development and refinement across diverse geographies.
• Experience in acquisition integration across regions and cultures.
• Knowledge of local labor laws in the Philippines and alignment with global HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Policy development and refinement for GOCE and onshore operations.
• Lead GOCE and onshore senior leadership to drive engagement and growth.
• Spearhead integration of acquired companies into Philippines operations.
• Drive employee engagement programs and talent management across regions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and global standards; manage risk.
• Collaborate with Mumbai, Bangalore, and the Philippines leadership.
• Mentor and develop the P&C team in the Philippines.
