Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior People Business Partner Officer to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people practices with operational goals. You will work in a matrix structure as the primary People partner for assigned units, translating strategy into actionable initiatives.

You will collaborate with People Strategy Centers of Excellence and People Shared Services to deliver compliant, impactful HR solutions in a fast-paced onsite environment at MOA, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Generalist or HRBP roles in matrix environments.
• Strong business acumen and HR best-practices knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people practices with goals.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead HR programs rollout and ensure policy compliance.
• Act as change agent during restructurings and major initiatives.
• Coordinate with People Shared Services to deliver HR transactions smoothly.
