The Payroll Officer (for subcontractors) plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the contractual aspects of an organization. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that contracts are meet the customer and organization's requirements, project milestones are achieved and are executed efficiently. The contracts manager ensures that billings/payments are aligned with agreed project milestones.
