Satellite Office is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across international environments. You will maintain Masterfile records and collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to resolve payroll queries and improve processes.
The role requires hands-on experience with SAP Payroll, SAP HR, and ADP, along with strong Excel and reporting skills. A hybrid setup in Ortigas is offered with immediate start.
PAYROLL OFFICER
WHAT IS A/AN PAYROLL OFFICER?
To support business operations, the Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing and processing end-to-end payroll activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll outcomes in accordance with applicable legislative requirements.
The role will work closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to maintain accurate employee records, resolve payroll-related concerns, and support continuous improvement of payroll processes.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Process accurate and timely end-to-end payroll activities, including payroll preparation, validation, processing, and final payroll completion.
Support payroll operations using existing payroll systems and business tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and update employee Masterfile records in accordance with company policies, employment regulations, and stakeholder requirements.
Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports, payroll summaries, and payment requirements as needed.
Perform payroll reconciliation activities and ensure payroll data accuracy before submission.
Handle payroll queries and provide effective resolution to employees and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth payroll delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll records and employee information.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Contribute to process improvements and support best practices within Payroll Operations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Payroll Experience
Proven experience as a Payroll Officer / Payroll Administrator with strong knowledge of payroll operations.
Experience handling end-to-end payroll processing / pay run cycles.
Experience supporting payroll across international or multinational environments is highly preferred.
Experience processing payroll across multiple countries/regions such as:
Asia
Singapore
Bangladesh
Africa
Uganda
Payroll Systems & Tools
Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll / SAP HR / SAP-related payroll systems is required.
Experience using ADP payroll system is highly preferred.
Strong skills in Excel and payroll reporting tools.
