Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Payroll and Administration Manager to lead Australian payroll operations and compliance across multiple sites. You will co-sign pay runs with the CFO, interpret Modern Awards, and oversee roster and fatigue compliance for 400+ AU locations.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS records, and performance-related processes while guiding the Philippines-based team in offshore delivery within a dynamic, onsite environment in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of AU payroll leadership and award interpretation.
• Knowledge of NES, Fair Work Act, superannuation guarantees.
• Experience auditing multi-site rosters for penalties and fatigue rules.
• Experience supervising AU-facing payroll/compliance teams in BPO/SSS settings.
• Ability to draft compliant Australian employment contracts and manage HR records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing prepared by the Payroll Officer and co-sign pay runs with the CFO.
• Interpret Australian Modern Awards and conduct wage audits; implement Fair Work updates.
• Direct the compliance team to audit site rosters across 400+ AU locations for rules and fatigue limits.
• Draft employment contracts, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS records.
• Oversee site compliance audits for Commission Agent Agreements and contractual adherence.
• Supervise and train the AU compliance support team in the Philippines.
