Milagrita Global Food Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist / Payroll Supervisor to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and uphold compliance with local regulations. The role suits hands-on professionals who can work independently or lead a small team.

You will streamline timekeeping, payroll computation, and reporting, including BIR Alphalist, while protecting confidential employee information and continuously improving processes.

Formación

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing for multi-branch setups.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations and labor standards.
• Experience with BIR Alphalist preparation.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll from timekeeping validation to final pay.
• Compute salaries, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, and deductions.
• Handle final pay computations and related deductions.
• Prepare and submit BIR Alphalist and other government reports.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee payroll processes with potential supervisory responsibilities.
