Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. You will handle end-to-end payroll processing, tax filings, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining accurate payroll records.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws, independent management of payroll tasks, and proficiency with NexHRIS and MS Office. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with competitive benefits discussed during the interview.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of payroll experience required.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts is a must.
• Knowledge of employment law is required.
• Independent payroll management experience preferred.
• NexHRIS experience is a plus; MS Office proficiency expected.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer payroll taxes, social insurance, and statutory deductions.
