Job summary

SGS is seeking a payroll specialist in Makati to ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing and compliance with company policies and laws. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain precise payroll records.

You will handle payroll instructions, deductions, timekeeping validation, and reporting, while aligning with cost controls, annual allocations, and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external vendors to resolve payroll issues and maintain records.
• Process payroll instructions, deductions, and time records validation against HRIS data.
• Prepare and review payroll reports, analytics, and variance explanations.
• Process payroll-related invoices via Oracle and manage payments.
• Support BIR Form 2316 reporting and issue certificates of employment as requested.
