Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Solid experience processing ANZ region payroll and end-to-end payroll processing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Advanced working knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
• Advanced experience in high-volume payroll processing.
• Solid experience with Payroll Systems (Oracle, Workday).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex payroll activities in compliance with procedures and policies.
• Handle taxation, statutory obligations, and document management for payroll.
• Lead updates to processes for legislative and regional changes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll processing.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on queries and exceptions.
• Develop reports and presentations for periodic and ad hoc needs.
• Collaborate with Team Lead on process improvements and audits.
• Create/update SOPs and maintain documentation.
