AECOM in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Analyst to handle day-to-day payroll activities for the ANZ region, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local laws, and timely salary disbursement. You will support team members with process guidance, audits, and data integrity across payroll systems.

The role requires experience in end-to-end payroll processing, high-volume environments, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing for a regional scope (ANZ) is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll activities in compliance with procedures for the ANZ region.
• Ensure salary disbursement, leave management, and reporting are accurate and timely.
• Handle taxation, statutory obligations, and document management.
• Support updates to processes for regulatory and regional changes.
• Assist with SOX audit-related data gathering and reporting.
• Collaborate with onshore Payroll Support Teams as needed.
