Job summary

AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support day-to-day ANZ payroll processing and mentor junior staff. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, policies, and SOX controls while delivering accurate payroll data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include complex tax handling, reporting, and audits, with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and timely deliveries in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Solid experience in processing ANZ region payroll, end-to-end payroll processing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex ANZ payroll activities in compliance with procedures and policies.
• Ensure taxation, legislative and statutory obligations are correctly applied.
• Lead and support process improvements and documentation updates for payroll.
