Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager for the VCA team in the Philippines. You will lead end-to-end consulting engagements for issuing, acquiring, merchant and fintech clients, gathering inputs, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, developing analytics frameworks, and coordinating with global teams to deliver value and drive client growth. Hybrid role with in-office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management.
• Knowledge of banking operations and/or payment schemes is preferred.
• Executive presence and excellent communication and presentations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying opportunities with clients.
• Engage in strategic planning discussions and manage a pipeline of analytic work.
• Develop analytical frameworks and data-led strategies addressing opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Visa and global regional teams to execute projects.
• Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance and ROI.
• Create scalable solutions, toolkits, and standard methodology documents for VCA practices.
• Lead knowledge sharing and coaching across teams and regions as analytics SME.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
