Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversee hospital health and safety compliance under DOLE standards.
• Conduct facility audits and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate safety training and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Direct OSH compliance, manage OSH Committee reporting, and handle mandatory 24-hour DOLE accident notifications
• Inspect hospital facilities, utilities, and fire protection systems (FPE/FDAS); assist DOLE inspectors during audits
• Serve as Safety Marshal/Incident Commander; issue Work Stoppage Orders (WSO) per D.O. 238-23 when required
• Coordinate safety training, conduct risk assessments, and manage day-to-day safety service requests
