Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or leading workstreams.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or shared services environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of PAS engagements across multiple competencies.
• Coordinate with onshore MENA teams, GDS teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor engagement progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Support compliance with EY policies, quality standards, and governance requirements.
• Provide operational and financial oversight and support corrective actions.
• Maintain clear communication with Managers, Partners, and stakeholders.
• Guide and support junior team members and act as a point of escalation.
• Contribute to onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
