EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Consulting Support Services (CSS) to support engagement teams with project management, coordination, and governance across industries and locations. You will help manage engagement lifecycles, budgets, and reporting, and serve as a central point of contact and knowledge manager for multi-location engagements.

Qualifications

• Graduate with B.Com/BBA/MBA/Economics preferred.
• 3.5 to 5 years general business experience with exposure to international work environment would be an advantage.
• IT skills: MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps), data visualization tools.
• AI fluent with awareness of AI strengths and limitations, responsible use and some practical application.
• Nice-to-have: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, ITIL v4.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support or perform tasks that lead to efficient engagement management from initiation to post-engagement feedback.
• Assist engagements with engagement economics matters (hours/budgets/estimates, fees, billings, WIPs); collaborate with FMA.
• Act as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s).
• Function as knowledge manager for the engagement team; manage databases/websites.
• Engage in multi-location coordination, reporting, and plan variances.
• Interface with engagement personnel and build strong relationships to anticipate client needs.
• Share knowledge through agreed channels to key stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc project work for account teams (external and internal).
• Review work of Staff/Associate to ensure quality of delivery.
• Conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve efficiency while maintaining quality output.
