Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Internship experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Managerial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of digital marketing strategies with category and marketing leads.
• Identify digital KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations based on data.
• Execute digital campaigns across the consumer funnel from awareness to loyalty.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social and digital platforms, including content posting and inquiries/leads.
• Develop and maintain an integrated content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand priorities.
• Assist in digital demand generation initiatives, including e-commerce promotions.
• Ensure proper upkeep of all digital and social channels.
• Monitor digital trends and share insights to support growth.
