Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills with data analytics and dashboards experience.
• Experience in managing end-to-end operational pipelines and data quality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage field communications.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage TAM recruitment and area coverage in the Philippines to reduce field delays.
• Track address lifecycles, dispatch to field, update post-visit statuses, and generate weekly reports.
• Perform deep data analytics to maintain panel health and high In-Tab levels.
• Support field operations and resolve field queries quickly to accelerate installations.
• Automate internal workflows using SurveyToGo and AppSheet; build/maintain tools.
• Provide technical ES team support and assist other BUs with operations.
