Job summary

Nielsen in the Philippines seeks a highly analytical professional to manage end-to-end TAM recruitment processes, automate ES workflows, and support field operations with technical tooling.

You will build and fix operational tools, run data dashboards, and provide cross-functional technical support to accelerate panel installations and ensure data quality.

Education: Bachelor's in CS/IT/Data Science or related field; strong Python/VBA scripting skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and dashboard creation.
• Experience managing end-to-end operational pipelines and data quality output.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage field communications.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End TAM recruitment and area management across the Philippines.
• Address lifecycle tracking, dispatch to field, and weekly recruitment reporting.
• Deep data analytics to protect Demo Health and data quality of the panel.
• Field operations support and rapid resolution of field queries.
• Automate workflows using SurveyToGo, AppSheet, and Data Dashboarding.
• Provide cross-functional technical support to build and fix ES tools.
