Job summary

The Nielsen Company is seeking a Senior Panel Relations Coordinator I to manage end-to-end TAM recruitment across the Philippines, supporting the ES team with workflow automation and data tooling. A Bachelor’s degree in computer-related fields is required.

You will develop data dashboards, track address lifecycles, perform deep analytics, and provide cross-functional technical support to speed panel installations and reduce field delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data analytics and dashboards experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end operational pipelines and data quality output.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage field communications.
• Knowledge of Python and/or VBA scripting is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in building and managing operational workflows using SurveyToGo (STg) and AppSheet.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End TAM Recruitment & Area Management across the Philippines.
• Address Lifecycle Tracking from dispatch to post-visit statuses.
• Deep Data Analytics & Reporting to protect data integrity.
• Field Operations Support to speed installations and resolve issues.
• Workflow Automation using STg, AppSheet and related tools.
• Cross-Functional & Technical Support for ES team and BUs.
